Gigs coming up.
15.01.10 by miroAlthough it still seems a bit slow for spring and summer, so all new bookings are welcome. We are working on few additions to current calendar. And yes. We’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Next up is all ages gig at TVO. I think this is the last time we get to play at this amazing underground venue. Company that owns the building is turning it to bicycle shelter and loundry room. Not very pleasant way to go for venue that’s hosted gigs since 70′s. Way to go Turku. It seems that 2011 cultural capital of european union is cleaning all subculture away.

08.12.09 by miroI’ve been wondering why there’s so few downloads of our cdr from records-page… Reson is that we were using this plugin called “smartcounter”, which turned out to be not so smart decision. Everytime i check out our page, the link was gone, and plugin didn’t know a thing about it’s preferences that i’ve set like hundred times. So. Now the download link is changed back to normal “a href” -link. That means that we don’t have a slightest idea, how many people did download it. But i think it’s better that you can download it, instead of us knowing how many of you did.

Now. We’re out of gigs, and we’ll probably start writing new material. If everything goes well, we’ll put out another 13 songs before next fall.

Tonight’s gig is cancelled!
14.11.09 by miroYep. The gig is cancelled due to ridiculous decibel limit that cuts electricity from the stage. Sorry for inconvenience, but we tried to inform everyone as soon as we realized that it’s just not possible to play there. Just clapping your hands or kicking bassdrum was too much for the limit.
Our next gig is just in two weeks. Hope we see some of you there.
And sorry one more time. This wasn’t in our hands.

My fingers are scorched from playing and making covers for the CDR. And yet, it’s ready and out. Just finished closing manymany envelopes, and after updating these pages (and myspace too), i’ll head to post office to send those out.
So. Our 13 track cdr “Rock Paper Scissors” is finally out. We’ll be havin’ small release party on our next gig this saturday.

Check out the records page… There’s no lyricsheet in physical cds, so if you want/need that, you can download it as PDF. Oh. If you want one of those (100 copies of 100% DIY homebrew CDR) as real cd, drop a line to thelenients at gmail dot com. Price is 2€ + postage. We sure hope that we ain’t got any left after saturday, so be quick. Or be without.
Also. One new gig is added, and in near futute, we hope to post some reviews about this first ever release.
